We work with established shipping lines, regional reefer-fleet operators, and trusted forwarders. Every program is set up around the destination: port, distribution centre, retailer DC, or regional importer warehouse.
Standard for most programs. 40 ft reefer containers, temperature set per product, pre-cooled cargo. Damietta, Alexandria, and Sokhna are the main outbound ports.
For premium retail launches, lychee, Barhi dates, and time-critical mango programs. Cairo (CAI) is the primary hub; Alexandria (HBE) handles overflow.
Used for Central Asia and selected EU programs. Sea legs to Black Sea or Caspian gateways with overland reefer onward.
Phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and EUR.1 issued per shipment. Halal certification on request for GCC programs.
Reefer temperature loggers in every container, with full data logs handed over at discharge. Pre-cooling reports from the packing facility.
Producing farms hold GLOBALG.A.P. Packing houses hold ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRCGS Food Safety, and FSSC 22000. MRL screening at the partner facility to destination-market specifications. Documentation copies per shipment.
